The CBA-Veszprém Summer Camp 2020 has been finished. During these weeks, we talked with Milán Osztoics the talent CBA-Veszprém, who also attended to our camp.
- Why did you decide to join our camp? - I already joined to the academy in August. I thought that’s a good opportunity to be prepared and to get to know to coach Arvydas (Straupis).
- What did you know about Canarias Basketball Academy? - To be honest, not much. I knew that I can attend more easily to European clubs through it. - How do you like the camp so far? - I really-really like it. I can say, that is the best camp I’ve ever been at.
- What is the difference between the trainings you do here and you did before? - We spend a lot of time with shooting. We don’t run for nothing and just to be tired, we improve our coordination.
- What is your main goal in the camp? - It’s easy: to survive (laugh).
- In which part of your game do you want to improve the most? - I would say my shooting technique has to improve a lot. I’m glad that it is the main point of the camp.
- When and why did you start to play basketball? - I played handball until I was seven, then my mother told me to try out the basketball. I did so and I really liked it.
- Do you have a role model? - Anthony Davis. I like his playstyle. He is an amazing player and I enjoy watching his matches.
- What is your goal in the close and the distant future? What is your biggest dream? - I want to make my shooting to be better. My main goal, of course, is the NBA but it’s a long way in front of me.
